Set controls on which contact stages automatically sync to Salesforce and which do not

What is it?

You now have added control over which contacts Apollo automatically pushes to Salesforce based on their level of engagement.

What is it for?

Within Apollo you can now select which contact stages you want to have Apollo push to Salesforce. 

Not every team necessarily wants every contact automatically synced to Salesforce be it for monetary or organizational reasons. For example: Marketers will want more control over which inbound contacts make their way to Salesforce and some teams pay by lead in Salesforce. 

White Labeling allows teams to specify which stages of contacts should be synced to Salesforce and which stages need to wait a little longer.

How does it work?

1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Salesforce > Contacts in the left-hand main menu and click the box next to Only create Salesforce record if in certain stages

2. Write-in and select the Contact Stages you would like to always sync to Salesforce. All those not listed are not whitelisted and will not sync

3. Click Save
