Plans that Include API Access as an Add-On

Plans that DO NOT Include API Access
- Force.com plans
How to Confirm which Salesforce Plan you Have
Salesforce Lightning
1. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of any Lightning page
2. Click All Setup
3. In the left menu under Settings, click Company Settings, then Company Information. On the bottom-right of the page, look for Organization Edition to see your plan.
- If you're on the Group or Professional plan, you will need to check whether your organization has added API access to your package. Take a look at API Requests, Last 24 Hours. This will indicate the maximum number of API requests allowed by your plan. If you don't see any info about API requests, your plan does not include API access and you or another admin of your Salesforce account will need to contact Salesforce to add it.
Note: Because Salesforce Lightning is a single page app (single page apps are characterized by refreshes not occurring between inputs), it isn’t as optimized for Apollo as Salesforce Classic. If you notice strange behavior that only occurs with Salesforce Lightning, please let us know through the support widget or by emailing support@apollo.io and we will inform our engineers.
Salesforce Classic
1. In the top right corner of any Classic page, click Setup.
2. In the left menu, click Company Profile > Company Information. On the right side of the page, at the bottom, look for Organization Edition to see your plan.
