Assign a Contact to Another Team Member
Head to Contacts from the left main menu first, and filter down to the contacts you want to transfer to another user.
- Select your desired customers manually or with the checkbox button at the top
- Click the Edit button (the pencil icon)
- Select Assign Owner from the dropdown menu
- In the pop-up window, select an owner from the dropdown
If you have deactivated a teammate any contacts assigned to them will still be owned by them, so you'll want to make sure that you assign those elsewhere as well:
