Find Tasks That Have Been Scheduled, Completed, or Skipped
- Go to Tasks in the left main menu
- Click the Filters icon
- Open the Task Status filter and select 'Scheduled', 'Completed', or 'Skipped'
- You can also add any other filters shown in the menu to further narrow down your tasks list
Note: For the 'Task Status' filter, 'Scheduled' will always be selected by default.
Marking a Task as complete
- Click on your task
- Take notes in the left hand panel on your interaction
- Click Complete to mark the task as complete if it's an action item, Schedule if it's a manual email, or Log Call if it's a call
- Your notes will be saved in your contact’s history
