Contacts In a Customer Profile Can Be Added to a Sequence 2 Ways for Easy Engagement
1. From Customer Profiles
- Go to the Customer Profiles page in the left hand main menu, under the Prospect button
- Click the Customer Profile you would like to add to a sequence
- Click the View In... dropdown at the top right and select Contacts
- Use the Checkbox dropdown at the top left to Select Page, Select All, or Select the first [ # ] of people
- Click the Add to Sequence paper airplane icon that appears at the top
- Select the sequence and determine who on your team to send emails from
- You've now added those contacts to your sequence
2. Add Contacts to a Sequence from a Lead Request in Customer Profiles
- Go to Customer Profiles in the left hand main menu, under the Prospect button
- Select your desired Customer Profile or create a new one
- Click + Request Net New Leads at the top right
- Add them to your desired sequence from the modal that appears
- Emails will be scheduled to send to those contacts as the lead request is filled
Pro tip: You may see some scheduled emails are delayed in the first 24-48 hours if the lead request is still incomplete. These will be sent according to your send limitations once the lead request is complete - more info on how lead requests work here.
