Easily Add and Qualify Multiple Work and Personal Phone Numbers for Each of Your Contacts
Adding Phone Numbers to a Contact
1. Navigate to Contacts in the left main menu and click to view the details of an individual Contact
2. Roll over the Phone Number section in the right hand sidebar (which will list any phone numbers you currently have on file or read "No Phone Number") and click the blue link to Add Phone that appears on the right:
3. Input the phone number in the write-in field and use the dropdown to its right to qualify it based on how certain/verified it is: Valid, Questionable, Invalid, or No Status(unqualified/unverified)
4. Use the bottom dropdown to note exactly what kind of phone that number belongs to (Mobile, Work - Direct, Corporate, Home, or Other)
5. If you have more numbers to add for a given Contact, click the button to Add Phone
6. Once you've added all the numbers you have, be sure to click the Done link just above your listed phone numbers to save them
Using Multiple Phone Numbers in Call Tasks
1. Navigate to either Home > Calls or Tasks > Calls in the left main menu and locate a call task
2. Click the phone icon on the right side of any Call Task as a shortcut to call the first (top) number in your list of saved numbers for that Contact using the Apollo dialer
OR
2. Click anywhere on the call task to open it in full view.
3. Click any phone number you have saved for that Contact in the right-hand sidebar to call it using the Apollo dialer (the type of phone number and your confidence in it are indicated by the color-coded icons)
OR
3. Click the Call button in the top-left to call the first (top) number in your list of saved numbers for that Contact using the Apollo dialer
