We've Condensed the Main Pages of the Apollo App into Rollouts Grouped by Purpose
There's a ton you can do with Apollo, from Prospecting for new Leads to creating ideal Customer Profiles, organizing your Contacts and Accounts, creating Sequences, Emails, Calls, and Tasks to engage them, tracking insights and creating reports, and managing a ton of admin options and features. In our efforts to keep making Apollo easier to use while adding more and more functionalities, we've grouped our main pages to clearer communicate the related jobs they can do for you and your team.
Any icon in the left main menu of Apollo with three dots to its right is now a menu group. Rollover the icon to see all the pages in that group. Click any page name in the rollout to navigate to that page in your Apollo App.
Clicking the icon for any menu group will always shortcut you to the first page listed in that group (in the screenshot below, clicking the icon will navigate to the Tasks page). We have not removed any pages from our main menu, but we have added direct access to a couple of pages previously only accessible via the Settings icon/page.
Prospect Renamed "Prospect Searcher" and Grouped with Customer Profiles, Triggers, and Request History
You can Prospect for new Leads and Companies as well as Search for them in targeted manners on the page formerly known as "Prospect", so we updated the name to ensure it's your clear one-stop-shop for filtering and finding new Leads, no matter which is your preferred verb for that.
Under the Prospect Searcher group, you'll find direct links to the main pages whose functions directly relate to finding and requesting Leads.
- Customer Profiles: The same page you know and love for saving and organizing groups of filters that comprise your Ideal Customers/Buyers. You can still access and apply these Profiles as Saved Views on the Prospect Searcher page as well as manage them and/or perform Lead Request directly from a given Profile here.
- Triggers: We've had this page for a while, but it's been hard to find, especially for how useful it is. Come here to view a comprehensive list of Company Events (like funding announcements, new job postings, and and job changes) as well as most of our Company Filters, both of which you can use to follow companies and positions of interest as they adopt attributes that signal they might be ready for your pitch.
- Request History: Revamped in scope and functionality, visit this page to see a comprehensive list of all Lead Requests made in your Apollo App, no matter if they're made from the Prospect Searcher or Customer Profiles. You'll see stats for exactly how many Verified Leads (and Lead Credits used) versus how many free Guessed emails were returned as well as if there's any Leads still Pending verification. Click the options button to the right of any of your requests on this page to Prospect More (Leads) matching the same filters, Add (the Leads from a particular request) to a Sequence, Export to CSV, or View (those Leads) in Contacts.
Sequences Grouped with Templates
Roll over the book icon to access Sequences and Templates, which are the exact same as always, but are now more clearly tied together as the pages you go to create and manage email content you can use and test across your automated outreach campaigns.
Tasks Grouped with Emails and Calls
Similarly, you'll find all the same functionality under Tasks, Emails, and Calls (your upcoming and historical to-dos), but they're now under one roof as the pages you go to complete upcoming actions as well as glean insights from those you have completed. You can still view all your own Tasks, Emails, and Calls in the Home page cockpit as well.
