We check for new jobs once every three months for all contacts, and the changes we automatically detect are shown in your account's Triggers page. More on this is detailed here.
That said, we may not detect job changes that occur inside of the last three months. In this case, you can manually trigger us to catch these discrepancies instead. As long as someone has their Linkedin profile connected to their Apollo profile (shown below), clicking the Linkedin icon (shown in the second screenshot) will cause us to run a check on their current job information -
If we detect a change, then you will see the following message shown above their name -
From here, you can then choose to either update the original contact, or create a new one.
Important Notes: 1) The new job must be the only current job listed on the contact's profile. If a contact has more than one current job listed, we won't be able to detect the new one. 2) Updating a contact's job will use a data credit in order to obtain their new email.
