Create a Sequence Where Replies to Emails Don't End the Sequence

Sometimes you may want to have a sequence where a contact replies but you still want them to continue through the sequence. Here's how:

1. Head to the Sequence in question, first by clicking Sequences in the left main menu, and then clicking on the sequence itself
2. Head to the Settings tab
3. Scroll down and remove the "Replied" contact stage from the list, as well as any other contact or account stages where you'd still want to continue having the contact progress through the sequence
4. Click "Show Default Triggers"
5. Uncheck "Mark sequence as finished when there is a reply."
6. Save your changes after you're done by clicking the button in the top right
