Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Salesforce > Activities, Tasks, Meetings, and Notes
Manage your Outbound Activity Logging in the Outbound (Apollo -> Salesforce) section.
In this section, you're able to customize the subject line of activities sent to Salesforce, as well as what Activity Types are logged to Salesforce, so you can build reports you need.
For example, if you'd like to build a report to show what Sequence led to most of your Interested Leads, you can make it so Apollo syncs the name of the Sequence along with the Activity itself, for reporting in SFDC.
Push Settings for Activities
Choose which Activities to pushWe suggest you push all Activity Types to their Salesforce Records, so you're housing the most detail on your relationship with every given Lead, Contact, and Account in your CRM.
Customize your Activity Subject LineWhen your Activities are toggled to blue (blue means that Activities will log to SFDC, grey means they won't), click the gear next to the Activity Type Name.
In this modal, check the box "Customize Title" and select the custom snippets to add to your logged activities' subject line.
Here's an example of what this looks like in SFDC from Apollo.
