HubSpot Has Dedicated Options for This (Here and Here), but You Can Also Set It up in Apollo

Rather than using HubSpot's Chrome extension (found here) or the dedicated BCC address associated with your HubSpot account, you can configure everything you need from directly inside of Apollo.

Note:

• Logging emails through HubSpot's Chrome extension allows you to track things like opens (this isn't yet possible with our native integration), but be aware that if you're using our extension on top of it (found here) then you will likely see duplicate email logs in HubSpot. The same goes for using HubSpot's BCC feature, which is why our native solution (shown below) is recommended instead.

To setup email logging, navigate to Settings > Integrations > HubSpot > Basics and choose from the options shown below -

Can I Log Sequences to HubSpot Too?

Yes, but only through customizing the activity log that is sent from Apollo to HubSpot. To do this, click the settings cog to the right of 'Emails' (shown above in the highlighted area), click the checkbox for 'Customize Title', and then add one or both of the highlighted snippets below -
