Your team Administrator already linked your CRM and customized the Apollo App for your team 🙌You're good to start prospecting, emailing, and closing more deals with Apollo.
Here’s what you may want to know about your setup:
- Your Activities are being logged (if integrated with Salesforce or HubSpot)
- Contact Stages have been customized, and will automatically update in Apollo AND your linked CRM (otherwise, will update through an upload) based on your Stages & Triggers.
- You’ll be able to use the Chrome extension between Gmail, every account’s website, and Salesforce (if it’s your CRM).

- Answer questions like, 'when should I make my calls?' and 'what times are the best to email my personas?' by building custom reports for your personas
- Look at Best times to email personas – by day of week
- Select the Metrics: "% Emails Replied" under Emails header
- Select the Dimensions: "Day of Week" and "Persona"
- Look at Best times to email personas – by hour of day
- Select the Metrics: "% Emails Replied" under Emails header
- Select the Dimensions: "Hour of Day" and "Persona"
- Go to Settings > Schedules, and create a schedule based on these metrics. Keep your time zones broad, so you can keep learning. Have at least 2 windows of at least 3 hours each to send emails every day. But, there may be hot zones changing by Persona. Or, there may be hot zones that are consistent every day or weekday. So, try those out, and keep them broad so you ensure your emails are not delayed and you continue to learn as hot times change.
