Setup Call Purposes to Refine Your Team's Call Reporting
Navigate to Settings > Calls > and click into the Purposes section.
Click the top right "+Add Purpose" button to create your first call purpose.
Enter the name of the Call Purpose. When creating purposes, think about the types of calls you want to report on: outbound, inbound, demo call, intro call, follow-up call. This will allow you toget more granular in your reporting and have more insight into the TYPE of call activity going on in your team, not just seeing calls being made as a whole.
