Each Mailbox Can Have Its Own Daily Sending Limit, Hourly Sending Limit, and Signature
Because Google tracks sending limits (detailed here) on a per-mailbox basis, Apollo now allows you to take advantage of this. When you're sending large numbers of automated messages you always run the risk of hurting your delivery reputation -- either because of the quality of your messages or because of the contacts you're messaging -- so splitting your messages across as many mailboxes as possible is always a good practice.
The documentation here goes into some detail on how to set up a mailbox, and once configured you can customize its sending limits and signature by clicking on it within the list that appears in Settings > You > Mailboxes -
Note: You can see each mailbox's daily and hourly sending limits at a glance by referencing the area indicated by the arrow (above).
Note: If your connected mailbox is with Google, we will automatically pull your email signature from your Gmail account when you first link it. If you edit it, however, we cannot guarantee it will look exactly the same. In this case, you'd need to click Pull Signature from Gmail to restore it. Read more about pulling your Gmail signature here.
