You Can Now Sync Your Connected Mailbox's Signature with What You Have in Gmail
Instead of managing two separate signatures (one for your connected Gmail mailbox in Apollo, and another for the Gmail account itself) you can now line them up so that your messages are always consistent -- regardless of where they come from.
To do this, go to Settings > You > Mailboxes and select the mailbox you would like to sync the signature for -
Next, click the Pull Signature from Gmail button, shown below -
That will then give you a warning that your current signature is about to be overwritten, so make sure this is what you want to do -
If so, your signature will effectively be pulled through as an image so that it looks exactly the same as it is in Gmail -
Important Note: If you edit your signature after its pulled from Gmail, there is a chance that we won't be able to retain the exact styling that was pulled through originally. To warn you about this, we will display the following modal any time you attempt to edit a pulled signature -
Note: If you cannot edit the signature to look how you want (from inside of Apollo), then we recommend making edits from within Gmail itself. From there, you can then re-pull the signature into Apollo.
