When You Add Contacts To a Sequence, You Are Prompted To Choose Which Linked Mailbox To Send the Emails From, and You Can Update It After-The-Fact
After you've created and set up your sequence(s), the next step is to add contacts that you wish to receive your emails. This can be done from a few different places in the app, and each time you add a contact(s), you will be given the opportunity to choose which mailbox you want to be the "send from" address for all the sequence emails sent to those contacts.
Adding Contacts to Sequences and Choosing the Send-From Mailbox

Changing the Send-From Mailbox Once Contacts Are Added to a Sequence
If you need to change the email address that emails are sending from (meaning you've already added contacts and have emails scheduled), you can do this within a sequence from either the 'Contacts' tab or the 'Emails tab:
