We Log Opens of Email Threads as Well as Individual Emails in Contact Activity Feeds, Whereas We Only Log the Individual Email Open in the Outbox
In the Contact Activities view, if a contact opens an email thread AND the email attached to the bottom of the thread, we will register them as distinct open events at the same time:
In the Outbox, however, we will only register the open event for the individual email email, not the email thread open:
