Only Emails That Are Sent Within Apollo or from the Apollo Extension Can Be Marked as Interested

When a contact shows interest in your product or service, you can track the email that prompted their engagement by marking it as interested. Note though only emails that are sent within Apollo or from the Apollo extension can be marked as interested.

Here is a list of emails that can be marked as interested in Apollo:

• Sequence Automatic Emails
• Sequence Manual Emails
• Manual Emails
• Manual Emails Sent from Apollo Chrome Extension - Tracked
• Manual Emails Sent from Apollo Chrome Extension - Not Tracked

If the email was sent from Apollo or the Apollo extension, you can mark it as interested by navigating to the Contact > Contact Activities > locate the email > select the ... option > Mark Interested.

On the contrary, if the email was sent outside of Apollo, there won't be an option to mark it as interested.
