Opportunity Stage Mapping
The Opportunity stage sync settings are limited within Apollo since Salesforce does not allow stages to be created or updated through integrations. Because of this, adding stages is completely disabled while you are integrated with Salesforce, and you may only edit/delete stages that are not mapped.
To access Opportunity stage information, you can either go directly to Settings > Opportunities > Stages, or you can also access them through the following steps:
- Go to the Settings page.
- Click on the Integrations option.
- Find Salesforce and click the View button on the right-hand side.
- At the Stage and Field Mappings section, click the View button at the right-hand side.
- Click on the Opportunities tab.
- On the Stage Mappings option, click View.
From there, you have the list of Apollo Opportunity Stages available, where you can identify the ones Mapped from Salesforce.
For Stages that are not Mapped, you'll be able to Edit their information or delete them as needed by clicking on the [...] button.
Opportunities Fields Mapping
Custom Fields are useful when you and your team have specific information in Salesforce that is used to keep track of or organize your Opportunities. You can sync these to Apollo if you would like to have all of the information in Salesforce aligned with records in Apollo, and vice-versa.
Once the fields created in Apollo are mapped with Salesforce, the data you have entered for your records will be synchronized anytime you Pull or Push your opportunities between each application. This is possible through the Settings > Integrations > Salesforce settings options.
To create and update custom fields for Opportunities in Apollo, you can either go directly over to Settings > Opportunities > Fields, or you can also access them through the following steps:
- Go to the Settings page.
- Click on the Integrations option.
- Find Salesforce and click on the View button on the right-hand side.
- At the Stage and Field Mappings section, click on the View button at the right-hand side.
