Use Apollo Chrome Extension to Prospect & Engage From LinkedIn & Sales Navigator
The Apollo Chrome extension streamlines the process of using the LinkedIn Sales Navigator to target qualified prospects, immediately request their contact information, and automate prospect engagement.
Use the Sales Nav and Apollo to build a curated prospect lists AND complete your contact research in LinkedIn without needing to leave your browser tab.
1. Install the Apollo Chrome Extension
Install the Apollo Chrome Extension using this link. The Chrome Extension is housed in a smart sidebar along your web browser, allowing you to take quick actions, make updates to records, and log activities without ever leaving your tab. Reduce your time clicking and loading records so you can focus on accomplishing your revenue goals.
2. Open the chrome extension clicking the icon
Once the Apollo Chrome Extension is installed in your browser, you'll see the Apollo icon at the top right of your browser window. Click the icon to open the extension.
3. Open your Prospect(s) in LinkedIn
Either go to a specific prospect's profile or use the LinkedIn Sales Navigator to pull a list of qualified prospects. Your prospect(s)' data will load in the Apollo sidebar.
4. Select prospects from the sidebar one-by-one, or in bulk
With your LinkedIn Prospect(s) loaded the Chrome Extension sidebar, select the contacts whose contact information you want to request. You can select them one-by-one, ticking off individual checkboxes, or use the bulk selection tool to request all prospects in this current page of LinkedIn search results.

5. Click "Add to Contacts" to request Prospect contact data
Click on the "Add to Contacts" button to request prospects' direct dials and email information. You can then add contacts to a lead list. And, to automate your engagement, add prospects directly to a sequence.

6. Add Prospects to a Sequence & automate engagement
You can choose to automate your contact engagement by adding Contacts to a Sequence when you request their lead information using the Apollo sidebar.
