Sequence Reports are designed to help you figure out which audiences you're having the most success with, and where you have the least success so that you can figure out where to double down and where to make refinements in regards to your targeting and messaging.
You can access this by going into any Sequence that you have sent some emails through so far, and clicking on the Sequence Reports tab. Below is a breakdown of each section.
Contact Conversion Funnel
The Contact Conversion Funnel can be used to understand the drop-off between stages for each contact that received an email via your sequence.
For example, above this shows that within this sequence, 73% of the contacts that Replied to an email actually ended up being Interested and booked a meeting. The overall Conversion Ratio is 7.11% because 7.11% of Contacts who Delivered an email were Interested.
Email Conversion Funnel
The Email Funnel can be used to understand the drop-off between stages for each email that was delivered via your sequence.
For example, above this shows that within this sequence, of all the emails that were Opened, 19% of those were Replied to.
This is especially helpful for multi-step sequences.
Most Engaged Audiences
Most Engaged Audiences show you a breakdown of where your Interested, Open, or Reply rate was highest by Audience Categories such as Job Title, Company Size, Industry, or Company Keywords.
This is meant to help you figure out with which targets your messaging is resonating well, and where you have room for improvement.
Audience Details show you a deeper dive of Email Volume and a hard number of conversions throughout the funnel by difference audience Segments such as Job Title, Seniority, Industry, Company Size, and Company Keywords.
