Getting Started Basics
When you first open Apollo up, you'll want to get a few things out of the way. Add teammates to your app, link your mailbox so you can send emails, set up your dialer so you can place and receive calls, and install the Apollo Chrome extension so you can start prospecting in LinkedIn and power up your experience in Gmail and Salesforce (if applicable).
Get your Existing Data into Apollo
If you use a CRM, you can link it to Apollo and have the information in both apps auto-sync with each other - gone are the days of manual data entry!
For those who do not have a CRM or are using one we do not yet have a native integration with, you can still get your data into Apollo.
Now that you've got your data synced, it's time to start leveraging all of the data Apollo has available for you!
Once you have leads you want to reach out to, you can set up a sequence in Apollo to start your personalized, automated outreach.
Apollo's analytics suite allows you to measure all the aspects of the data you have in Apollo, either with our 200+ pre-built reports or by creating your own custom reports.
