Overview
You can create a custom opt-out/unsubscribe link that Apollo automatically appends after your email signature in every email that you send through the platform.
Follow the steps below to configure your opt-out/unsubscribe link.
Configure Your Opt-Out/Unsubscribe Link
Click Settings in the navbar.
In the "Email Settings" panel, click the toggle for "Append the following opt-out message after my signature in sequences."
With the setting enabled, customize your Opt-Out/Unsubscribe message with any copy and links that you want to include.
When you're finished, click Save.
If for any reason you prefer to keep this option disabled, you can also place an opt-out/unsubscribe link in your signature or in the body of an email template. Just make sure you include the {{opt_out_message}} snippet wherever you put it.
